PRIVACY NOTICE
How your information is handled.
Last updated 18 September 2026.
This notice explains what personal information Rapid Agentic Development Ltd collects through this website, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who is responsible
Rapid Agentic Development Ltd is the data controller. It is registered in England and Wales, company number 17458231, with its registered office at 181 Coniscliffe Road, Darlington, England, DL3 8DE. You can contact the company about anything in this notice at legal@rapidagenticdevelopment.com.
ICO registration reference: ZC248420
What is collected
The website has one form: the project enquiry form. When you send it, the following is collected:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the description of the problem you would like to solve, and, if you provide it, what a useful first version would do.
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not create accounts. The only cookie it sets is a short-lived, technical anti-forgery token that the enquiry form needs in order to work; it identifies the form session, not you.
Like almost every website, the server and hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request) for security and to keep the site running. The enquiry form also applies a short-lived limit on submissions per IP address to prevent abuse; that limit is held in memory and is not stored.
The enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps tell people from automated spam. When you use the form, reCAPTCHA sends information about your browser and how you interact with the page (which may include your IP address) to Google, which returns a spam-likelihood score to this site. The score is used only to decide whether to accept the enquiry and is not stored. Google processes that data under Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives the request, including your IP address, and processes it under Google’s privacy policy.
How your enquiry is used
Your enquiry is sent as an email, through the company’s email provider, to the company’s enquiry mailbox. Your email address is used as the reply address so that the response reaches you. The website itself does not store enquiries in a database.
The information is used only to understand and respond to your enquiry, and, if you decide to go ahead, to prepare for working together. It is not used for marketing, is not added to any mailing list and is not sold or shared with anyone else, other than the email and hosting providers that process it on the company’s behalf.
Lawful basis
Processing your enquiry relies on two lawful bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and the company’s legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it about its services (Article 6(1)(f)). Standard server logs rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the website secure and available.
Please do not include passwords, financial details or special category data (such as health information) in an enquiry; none of it is needed to respond to you.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for up to twelve months after the last contact between us, so that a follow-up conversation has its context. If the enquiry leads to work together, the correspondence becomes part of the project record and is kept for the duration of that relationship and for as long afterwards as is needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask for an enquiry to be deleted sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information held about you;
- ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate;
- ask for it to be deleted;
- ask for its use to be restricted, or object to its use;
- receive the information you provided in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email legal@rapidagenticdevelopment.com from the address you used for your enquiry, or explain how you can be identified. Requests are answered within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. The company would appreciate the chance to resolve the concern first.
